The Rules
Every forum has rules that must be observed for the good of the whole community. Obviously I can't make you read them, but please remembr that ignorance is never an excuse here. You will not be let off from a rule-break just because you haven't read them.

General rules
- No derogatory comments aimed at other members. I will be particularly unhappy if I see anything like racism, agism, or any other type of "-ism"
- No open arguments. If you have a problem with someone try and sort it out through PMs. If you can't come to an agreement contact a staff member to get it sorted out.
- Ne excessive cussing. A few swear words here and there aren't going to do much harm, but don't go overboard; it's just not necessary.
- Absolutely nothing of a pornographic nature. It's okay to talk about adult themes, but it must be done in a grown-up, sensible manner. Any explicit images or text will be deleted and the culprit will be suspended.
- No gratuitous violence or gore. As with the last point, it's okay to talk about such matters, but we don't need any detailed descriptions, thanks.
- No mini-modding; if you see someone breaking the rules contact a staff member.
- No theft. By that I mean don't take someone else's work and pass it off as your own. You will be caught.
- No chatspeak. It's difficult to understand and hurts the eyes.
- Don't go over-the-top with the emoticons, one or two is fine, but too doens't make your point any clearer and just looks untidy.
- Don't argue with the staff; their word is law.
IC rules:
- No god-moding; that is, don't try to take control of someone else's chracter. This is pretty similar to the first point, but worth mentioning nonethless.
- All characters must look realistic. I don't want any wings, multiple tails or unnatural colours. Cats are a very diverse species in itself, and I'm sure there'll be something you like if you look hard enough.
- All characters must have warrior-style names, as there will be no loners in this RP.
- No power-playing. Every cat, no matter their fighting skills, will sometimes take a hit. Just remember that.
- When it comes to mating you may be graphic if both parties agree but you absolutely must post a warning in the thread title.
- IC posts must be at least 100 words long. This isn't really that hard in practice, so please stcik to it.
- Going to the other extreme, no IC posts should be longer than 800 words. Any longer and things just get confusing for the people youre RPing with.
- Liquid time is allowed, but don't over-do it. You should now the chronilogical sequence of events even if they are RPed at different times.
- You are allowed as many characters as you like, but only so long as you keep them all active. You may only ahve one cat in a high position.
- Please keep all of your characters on one account.
- In general try to call things what they are. I personally get very confused when legs become pillars, eyes become pools, etc. A little of this sort of thing is fine, but try to keep it to a sensible level.
- Don't kill or injure someone else's character without their permission. I'm sure I don't need to give a reason.
- This seems pretty obvious, but don't take IC arguments between characters personally. The disagreement is fictional and chances are the other person has no problem with you at all.
